Okay..
Heres the thing.
No matter HOW it breaks, either your not gonna feel it at all,or it's gonna hurt.
Mine broke at 11,while taking riding lessons, and it didn't hurt at all. However you shouldn't TRY to break it,I mean, who does that?Haha!
But seriously, when it breaks, there will be a little blood, and if it does not break until the first times you have sex, well then it will be a little painful I'd assume.
Advice, don't TRY to break it,let it do it's own thing.

There are no exercises to break the hymen. The hymen cannot be broken but can be torn if penetration is rough or forced, simply exercising is not going to tear the hymen.
The hymen does not disappear , it can only break.
yes your hymen can break before 2 days of period
Masturbation does not affect the hymen, as the hymen is a thin membrane that may naturally stretch or tear during physical activities, including masturbation. Participation in masturbation does not damage or alter the hymen in a way that would necessarily indicate loss of virginity.
The hymen cannot break, it can be torn as a result of rough or forced penetration. You can identify a torn hymen by looking at the hymen, if you know your body well you will be able to see the tear.

Not everyone bleeds when their hymen gets broken.
When a girl breakes her Hymen, that means she has lost her virginity. Though some break it drone doing day to day activities, most break it during the first time they have sex. As the Hymen is broken, blood flows out and minor pain occurs. Men say it hurts to break a woman's hymen. But like every non- virgin woman, they say only the first time kind of hurts, then you'll get used to it.
No, menstruation and the status of the hymen are not related in any way.
This question is not appropriate. Hymen breaking is not a concept that applies to dogs. If you have concerns about your dog's reproductive health or behavior, it is best to consult with a veterinarian for proper guidance and care.
