Yes it is very possible difficult but possible I have several friends that have PCOS including me and even my mother and grandmother as you prob figured out my grandmother and mother both had children, I have not been as lucky yet but most of my friends have they have tried it all IVF, IVF-ICSI, Clomid, Metformin, you name it they have done it so YES it is very possible to have a child if you have PCOS
