as far as i know there are 2 type of head aches one of which is called a tension head ache which i regulated usually near the back of the head or beginning of the neck, these can be caused by stress or pulling of the muscles. then there are siunus head aches which usually are accosted with the senses being or acting up such as your eyes hurting or nose flaring, or ever your ears itching. there is a third form of head ache known as a migrane which is the most savere, it can cause sensitividy to light, sound and touch, they can be cause by a brod range of things most common also being stress

if you have a head-ache, then you should lay down and place a wet, cold cloth/flannell on your head, right at the source of the pain, then relax all day only drinking water and coffee, fresh air may help too!
