Well I do smoke, I am young too and my limit for holding breath is 2 minutes and 10 seconds, I don't know why but before I started smoking I could not hold my breath for 2 minutes it was barely 1 minute, but I don't believe that smoking will actually increase your breath holding time, I guess it's because my lungs are growing?! Don't smoke it's bad for you!
