HIV/AIDS is typically spread via contact with infected bodily fluids/secretions (blood, vaginal secretions, semen, etc.). IV drug abuse with shared needles that have been used with someone infected with the HIV virus is another way to contract the HIV virus (as well as other infections such as Hepatitis C). I'm not sure if it's possible for HIV to spread in the water, I've never heard of someone getting HIV that way, so I sincerely doubt it. The best way to protect yourself is to practice safe sexual practices (i.e., condoms for every sexual act) and to not share needles.

Potentially. AIDS is spread through infected blood, so if you pick at the scab enough to draw blood, that blood could infect another person.
No infection from cooking or serving food ...the only way to get infected are 1- sex . 2- blood transfer. 3- Mother to newborn baby ............................................................................................................
Well, if a person infected with AIDS cuts herself with a razor and doesn't clean it up by disinfection, the next person that cuts herself with the same razor can definitelly get AIDS, since aids also spreads through blood.
NO, HIV is not found in human waste or pee
AIDS is not in fact a virus. AIDS is the ending result of having the HIV present in the bloodstream. HIV is most commonly spread through sexual intercourse. The usage of condoms is widely accepted as a simple way to help stop the spread of HIV.
