E.coli can in fact cause rashes. The skin forms small hive-like bumps, commonly mistaken as an alergic reaction. This rash can pick up after the original symptoms seem to disappear. Along with the rash, a stubborn or even pugnatious attitude can form. If such things occur after a positively confirmed case of E.coli, ypu should immediately contact a physician. Failure to do so can result in dehydration, kidney failure, and even death.
