They are birth marks commonly found in people born with brown hazel eyes but the number of spots and positions vary from person to person I have six medium sized one three in each but my friend who has the same type of eyes only has one in his right but it is a large one almost like a second pupil but as far as I know they don't affect vision but they do look pretty cool
