Yes, cramping *without bleeding* can be an early sign of pregnancy. Below, several women tell their personal experience with cramping and pregnancy:

• Cramping can be a sign of implantation, which occurs very early in pregnancy. Also, your uterus gets crampy as things start growing! If your period is late, it's time to test.

Probably not. More than likely it is just PMS.Your symptoms of pregnancy will usually appear anywhere from the first week of your expected period to 1-2 weeks after your first week of expected period. Your first signs of pregnancy most commonly include missed period, tender/swollen breasts, change in color of the breasts, fatigue, nausea/vomiting, increased sense of smell, and weight gain. You can have cramping during implantation, but many, many things can cause cramping. If you think you might be pregnant, you should see a doctor as soon as possible. If you're trying to see of you're pregnant earlier than a test will show, well, there's really no way to tell. Everyone has different symptoms which each pregnancy. Hope this helps!
