Normal blood sugar is "regularized" by your pancreas, liver, basically your whole endocrine system.
However, what foods you eat that contain carbs and sugars affect your blood sugar. Normal blood sugar is about 80-160, and it does go somewhat higher when you eat, or lower when exercising; but your pancreas responds by secreting insulin into your blood stream, supposing you are non diabetic.
Ex: Suppose you drink a diet mountain dew, which contains zero carbs,and zero sugar.
Your blood sugar would NOT be zero.

Check your blood sugars .... And eat small and often .....it could be your suffering from either a stomach bug ... Or your blood sugars need regulating .....
blood sugars rise in response to the amount of carbohydrate you eat, and so the less carbs you eat (within reason) the closer to normal your sugars will be. If your sugars remain high on a diet lowish in carbs, you probably need medication as well as a low carb diet
