There use to be uniforms but As of right now (July 2010)

Managers and Asst. Manag - Males( dress pants, button up shirt, tie) Female (anything nice and prof. lookin)

Front Emp - Any blue collard shirt and dress pants ( some stores might still give out there old blue uniform polos )

Pharm Techs - SCRUBS! or anything prof. lookin

Pharmacist - I'm not sure if pharmacist are allowed to wear scrubs or not but anything Prof. and nice looking.

It does depend on the area; but the crew uniform consists of a button down or polo shirt (available in yellow, green, blue, or red), a nametag, and black ball cap or visor with "Wendy's" written on the front. Typically you will supply black pants. Slip resistant shoes can be ordered from your site and the amounts deducted right out of your paycheck. Every area is different; as far as what type or color of shirt they wear. In my area; the General Managers decide. Hope this helps!
