This is a really bad idea. When you started to thaw the turkey, you allowed some of the bacteria on the surface of the turkey to start multiplying. When you refreeze the turkey, those bacteria are put into hibernation, but freezing doesn't kill all of them. When you take the turkey back out again to thaw it, the bacteria load can be pretty high and increase the risk of food poisoning.
