You could refreeze a thawed turkey as long as it was thawed in the fridge and has not started to spoil, but there will be loss in quality when you finally do cook it up. It might be better to cook it without all the fixin's, then remove the meat from the bones and package the meat for freezing.

If it has been partially thawed under refrigeration, then it can be safely refrozen. It's not the most desirable thing to do. When it is finally used, the results might not be as good in quality and will probably be drier, but it will likely be safe.

It is never really a great idea to refreeze thawed food since that does affect the quality of the food, but any allowances to refreeze are suggested only if the food has thawed under refrigeration. Cold water thaw is not refrigeration and should be followed up with immediate cooking.

not a good idea, bacteria will have collected, so it is better to thaw the turkey completely then cook it, the cooked turkey will last longer in the fridge, also you can freeze parts of the cooked turkey that has not been consumed.

This is a really bad idea. When you started to thaw the turkey, you allowed some of the bacteria on the surface of the turkey to start multiplying. When you refreeze the turkey, those bacteria are put into hibernation, but freezing doesn't kill all of them. When you take the turkey back out again to thaw it, the bacteria load can be pretty high and increase the risk of food poisoning.

no, it's unhealthy! if it has been thawed & put back in freezor! I wouldn't advice to eat that.
