The use of cannabis is not illegal, but it is forbidden to posses & produce cannabis… You can basically be high or under influences of any drugs if you are not driving. Also, we don't have 'alcohol free' zones, you can walk with a bottle of whickey wherever you wan't…oh and they do not serve alcohol before 10am in the bars…and you can't buy it from 9pm-7am.
