Not all of Dublin has postcodes. Postcodes in Dublin range from 1 up to 24. Odd numbers denote areas of Dublin on the north side (relative to city centre), even numbers being south side. Generally, the larger the number, the further away from the centre they are.
Areas without a postcode would simply use 'Co. Dublin' in the address.
This website includes a map associated with the postcodes along with a list of each area represented by a postcode: http://www.dublintourist.com/maps/dublin_postal_codes.shtml

Just put the actual placename and finish with "County Dublin". So for an example, if you were sending something to Balbriggan, which is a town in north county Dublin, you'd finish the address of with:
Balbriggan,
Co. Dublin.
If necessary, you'd add Ireland on a line at the end by itself. If you are asking the question in relation to an internet form, then just put IE in where it asks you for the postcode.

Ireland does not use postcodes. There are postal districts in Dublin city, but not outside of that, including the country of Dublin, which is where Dublin Airport is. All you will need is the particular person or company you are writing to in the airport and then finish the address with: Dublin Airport, County Dublin, Ireland.

Fingal is not a county. It is part of the county of Dublin in Ireland. Because of the size of population of Dublin and the amount of things there are to look after, Dublin has a number of councils looking after the city and different parts of the county. Fingal is one of the areas, covering much of the north of county Dublin.
