Greetings,
I can't tell what kind of "deferment" you refer to as your question offers limited info. However it sounds like you may be referring to the kind of deferment where you promise to stay out of trouble (NOT receive any more citations) for a period of 90 days (that's the deferment period in my state, may be different in yours) and then the original traffic ticket will not be sent to the MVD (meaning no points taken off your license, meaning no insurance cost increase). However, you still have to pay court fees in this case but that's still a lot better than having to pay increased insurance costs for the next three years.
If you DO get another traffic ticket during the 90 day period then both will appear on your driving record. Ick!
Hope this helps.
What does ops mean on a ticket
A traffic violation that is not on the books and the Traffic Enforcer witnessed something the violator did that was/could have been a very dangerous traffic move, therefore a traffic ticket is issued.
Traffic Accident
Failure to maintain financial responsibility.
When a person is cited, it means they got a ticket. It may be a traffic ticket or a criminal ticket, but they did get a ticket.
Traffic School is the best way to get a ticket erased.....
if you mean find out about it then you can go to your local court house and pay it
NO...a traffic ticket WILL NOT revoke your cdl license
this isn't the right answer
AC= Assigned Court TR= Transfer Docket
Sometimes a traffic ticket will be mailed to a person instead of written by an officer. Depending on the county it can take a week or two for a person to get a traffic ticket in the mail.
No you can not go bankrupt on traffic tickets
