No you're an American. It'll be a pain in the backside to get her here though. Unless the US has an exception for the UK. Its usually easier to get her here officially to marry her first and then marry her, than to marry her and try to get her here after you're married. From everything I've read on it. I think its dumb that we can marry who we want without government approval, but people can jump the fence and live here tax free.
Mali is an Africa country. They can't give you citizenship rights for Malaysia, another country entirely.Whether marrying a Malay girl is enough for citizenship in Malaysia is another question entirely.
If the marriage is legally recognised in Australia and she has Australian citizenship then yes you will get Australian citizenship.
No, but she has the right to live with him in Britain. After a number of years living legally in Britain she can then apply for citizenship.
No, you cannot. The US citizen has to sponsor you to move to the US. After you get your permanent residency (green card) then you have to live 3 to 5 years continuously in the US and then apply for US citizenship.
Probably not, considering that the name is American Girl, not British Girl.
what ever my fellow brit would like.
Just give them a handful of money, it will be less expensive than a divorce once you get your citizenship.
6 stone for a British girl and 20 for an American girl!
No he isn't marrying anyone at the moment he is just dating
You can apply to get French citizenship by marriage, after being married for a few years with a French citizen. It is essential to prove that your spouse has French nationality (being born in a former French colony is not taken as an indication of French nationality), and that you are effectively living with him (there should be an enquiry by officials into that)
According to American law, if one or both of the parents are American citizens, the child is also an American citizen. If the child is also eligible for Chinese citizenship (such as one parent being a Chinese citizen), at a certain age the child will be asked to choose citizenship of one country or the other.
