Honestly I was looking for the same answer, as I'm training to do my first now. I have been able to do STRICT ring muscle ups relatively easy in the past, but I've been training for a while on the bar and I haven't managed one yet. Might be a lack of technique.
My guess would be VERY FEW. Maybe like 1-2% of guys, and close to no girls.
You very rarely see it in the gym, but you do see it a lot with gymnasts and experienced crossfitters.
One arm pull up though, now there is a REAL challenge ;)
