Rich countries have a responsibility to provide assistance to poor countries through foreign aid, debt relief, and fair trade practices. They should also support sustainable development initiatives, promote education and healthcare, and address global challenges such as climate change and inequality. Overall, rich countries should work towards creating a more equitable and just global community.

I wouldn't say Iraq is a poor country as they do have supplies and money it depends what you mean by rich and poor they're not rich like some other countries and there not as poor as some other countries so technically they would be in the middle of rich and poor they have enough money to live off of, enough money to get their supplies and that's all the money they need
Rich countries should not help poor countries because the poor countries will start depending on other countries and not themselves, therefore making their country even weaker. Also, lots of money that is sent by gouvernment gets lost and spent on things that don't even help the cause. So if you really want to know my opinion helping poorer countries is a real waste of time.

Because if your fat in a poor country, it means you have money to use on a lot of food. But that's just my educated guess. I have no idea why rich people are thin in rich countrys.
because the rich country is a developed country, has better health care/education/communication etc. and has better per capita income but the poor countries aren't.
