They can. It is just a lot more difficult than with gases. Solids cannot be compressed at all.
Liquids cannot be compressed because when a force is applied the liquid particles have no room between they to move around, whereas gas particles are free to move because they have a lots of room between them to move around in.

Why cant a substance no longer be compressed when changes from gas to liquid?

A lquid has a more compact structure.

Why a liquid can not be compressed?

It can.

Is the compressed liquid has the same meaning to saturated liquid?

Yes, compressed liquid is the term used to describe a liquid that is in a saturated state but at a higher pressure than its saturation pressure. So, compressed liquid and saturated liquid are closely related terms, with compressed liquid typically referring to a saturated liquid under pressure.

Which can get compressed the most a solid and liquid or gas?

A gas can be compressed the most out of solid, liquid, and gas because its particles are more spread out and have more space between them, allowing them to be compressed further. Liquid can be compressed slightly, while solids are generally considered to be incompressible.

Are there any gases that can turn into a liquid?

Many gasses will turn to liquid when compressed, as in Propane, when compressed becomes liquid propane gas LPG

Where do you use the fact that gases can be compressed and liquids cannot?

a liquid can be compressed

Which can be compressed more easily gas or liquid?

What can't be conpressed?

solids cannot be compressed at all, if you compress a liquid enough it will become a solid by freezing, gasses can be compressed however if compressed enough it will become a liquid
