alot of objects have matter like the following: gas, water, hair, the sun, air. and sunshine doesnt have matter. air has matter because if you put an upside-down cup with a wad of paper in the bottom and you stick it in the water upside-down and when you take it out if you did it right then the paper is dry so that proves that air has matter

Any object that are made of compounds have molecules. This includes almost everything!

To be completely nit-picky, all objects are made of molecules. A molecule is simply the smallest "bit" of a material that is chemically the "same stuff." Even if the "stuff" is an element in a solid form so that the molecules are monatomic, they're still molecules.
