Implication comes from imply. When something is implied, it is not said directly, but understood to follow from another stated condition. If I said "I placed the boat in the water.", I did not say the boat was wet- but it would be implied from being in the water. "Implication" or "Implications" follows that concept- if you do something, what will the results be? If you fail English this year, the implications could include being held back a year, or attending summer school.

Scientific implication is to understand the process of and the nature of science. It helps to understand science that is all around us, helps us answer questions that children ask frequently, to experiment what one learns, to collect more information, to test theories, etc.

Implications? Are you asking what implications are? If so, implications are unspoken stipulations or conclusions that come with certain things. If that's not the answer you were looking for, you'll have to be more specific with the question.
