Scientists do experiments to see what is going to happen. First, they make a hypothesis or guess about what they think will happen. Then, they do an experiment to see if their guess is right or wrong.
It is the idea that the universe will continue to expand forever. By contrast, the closed theory states that gravity will eventually cause the universe to shrink. (I think) In addition to the above. Essentially it is the theory that the universe has no boundary and is not closed in on itself in any way. The shape of the universe in this case must be either "flat" or "curved" to some extent, but not curved enough to form a cylinder, sphere, ellipsoid or torus.
If you mean the differences and similarities of the theory of how the world was made, then the differences are that scientists think it was the big bang that made earth, and religious people think it was something to do with god. They both think that soemthing made the world... religious people and scientists can work together, by saying that God made the big bang happen, and therefore going with both stories.
i think the human race was made by god
i dont think so she was a docter
Scientists predict that the universe will continue to expand indefinitely, eventually becoming cold and dark in what is referred to as the "heat death" scenario. This will occur as all stars burn out, leaving behind remnants of galaxies and black holes.
Yes
The big bang or a wormhole
They estimate the age of the Universe in more than 12 billion years.
It will continue expanding. The details of other things that will happen are somewhat fuzzy, but one way or the other, the time will come when there will be no more available energy (the so-called "heat death"). The Wikipedia article on "Fate of the Universe" gives some additional details of what is likely to happen.
Flat model
no because scientists think that earth is the only planet in the universe that supports life :3
scientists think that they do. there is one in every galaxy. also in ours
Many scientists consider the possibility life exists elsewhere in our universe (and more particularly even within our own galaxy) quite likely. A few do not think it is likely.
They (scientists) think there are hundreds of thousands of galaxies because the universe is limitless so there may be billions of galaxies!
Scientists think there may be another universe or universes beyond ours. The universe is vast and ever expanding. Some people firmly believe God created the universe and everything in it.
It would be 76476474585475478780 years ago, which is before the time scientists think the Universe started.
