I don't think Newton said anything about atoms. Atomic theory (modern versions) began about 1800. Newton was dead then.

Newton developed the branch of physics that addresses gravity, force, and motion (his three laws of motion). He said everything in the universe is to abide by these laws.

Over 200 years later, Einstein explained relativity and proposed rules on quantum physics and relativity. He proposed that Newton's laws didn't affect things on an atomic level, and that all motion is subjective, or relative to the observer.
The relation between Albert Einstein and Isaac newton is that they are both physicist.
