Green is a secondary color made by mixing equal parts of the primary colors Yellow & Blue (1.5 part Yellow + 1.5 part Blue)
Brown is a neutral color made by mixing equal parts of all three primary colors, (1 part Yellow + 1 part Blue + 1 part Red)
White when mixed with any color will shift the shade of that color. (3 parts White)
Assuming you mix equal parts of Green, Brown an White you would most likely get:
2.5 parts Yellow + 2.5 parts Blue + 1 part Red + 3 parts White = a pale khaki color.

Since green is a secondary color, mixing it with any color would make a tertiary color. But red and green are complimentary colors and therefore would make a brown-black color. So blue, green and red mixed together would make and ugly brown color that's tinted with blue.

Yellow and brown, just a little brown. If you have the means, add a little orange, and then a touch of white.
By mixing blue and green you will get anything from a pale aqua to a deep teal. It all depends upon how much of each color you use and how much white you add to make a lighter shade.
White and gray together will make a lighter gray. Red and green will make a brown. Light gray and brown together will make a neutral color, also called greige or a greyed brown.
To make the color brown from green, you can mix in a bit of red or orange. This will neutralize the green and create a brown hue. Start by adding small amounts of the red or orange color to the green until you achieve the desired shade of brown.
