That is a philosophical question, but I think everything is connected. Everything in the world is energy, and energy cannot be destroyed, only transformed. When you step on the floor, you are connected to the floor. When you are connected to it, it is connected to you. The floor feels your weight, with every bit of it. The floor is connected to the Earth, which is connected to the Sun, which is connected to the Milky Way, which is connected to the rest of the Universe. So the answer is yes, everything is connected!
