Wetting them is just like wetting your pants only you have a large wet mess between your legs. However, if your using a quality diaper like Dry 24/7 it will hold the urine much better and away from the skin. You will feel the warmth of the urine and some moisture, but it will quickly seem to dry. Then you will have some weight added to the diaper until you change it.
