The invention of the microscope and the improvements made to microscopes since their invention have opened up "whole new worlds" of organisms that before were not seen by the naked eye. Once it was realized that "microscopic" organisms existed, it was just a matter of scientific investigation that scientists were able to determine the importance of bacteria (and much later viruses) were both beneficial and harmful (disease causing). Without the microscope we would not have understood the major disease causing mechanisms that we know today nor would we have produced antibiotics and antiviral drugs to treat the diseases these organisms caused. This is an ongoing endeavor as the microscopic world is still very much uncharted and misunderstood!
*Without the microscope doctors wouldn't be able to develope medicans for certain diseases because they wouldn'tknow what caused it.* People would die and doctors wouldn't know what caused it to occur.
No. Some can be caused are caused by nurture: health - including diet and diseases.
Louis Pasteur was the first man to stumble across the germ theory, and was discovered in 1861. This then led to many other diseases being found as everyone know knew that germs caused disease. Robert Koch was one of these scientists and he found the cure for two of the most deadliest diseases from the time: cholera and TB (tuberculosis), with the help from a microsope he was able to isolate the germ that caused the disease and so other scientists could then work on how to cure the diseases.
Trypanosomiasis is commonly known as African Sleeping Sickness, but the term trypanosomiasis is also applied to Chagas Disease. Both diseases are caused by a protozoan of the family Trypanosoma.
In seventeenth century, microscopes were improved.Robert Hooke cut a thin slice of cork and looked at it under the microscope. To Hooke, the cork seemed to be made up of empty little boxes, which he named cells.Matthias Schleiden used a microscope to study plant parts.Rudolph Virchow hypothesized that cells divide and form new cells

Many still believed they were caused by imbalances of the four humors. Although the idea that microorganisms caused them was beginning to catch on.
They are diseases caused by lack vitaminsthe diseases caused are:rickets, beri beri, scruvy, kwashiorkor.
Many diseases can be caused by parasitic worms. Trichinosis and intestinal diseases can be caused by the roundworm. Hookworm and whip worm disease are caused by the Hookworm.

Diseases are caused by germs and viruses attacking your immune system.
No diseases can also be caused by bacteria, amebas and fungi
Bacterial diseases are diseases caused by bacteria, in contrast to those caused by parasites, viruses, or fungi.
Infectious diseases caused by fungi include candidiasis, aspergillosis, and ringworm. Infectious diseases caused by parasites include malaria, toxoplasmosis, and giardiasis.
There isn't just specifically three diseases caused by bacteria.
Because of a now largely discredited medical theory that certain diseases were caused by an overabundance of blood. It turns out that there are a FEW diseases where removal of small amounts of blood really is beneficial, which is why I said "LARGELY discredited."
Trichomonas and giardia are two Infectious Diseases caused by protozoans. Trichomonas is caused by Trichomonas vaginalis.
