If you have duct tape wrap a strip of it around the wart to suffocate it then you can sand it down with a nail filer, if it starts to hurt stop and put the duct tape back on. (repeat daily or it wont work).

Get some medication for it and have it checked out. I had one on my toe that was slightly hurting and the doctor recommended medication. She said something that works even better though, is duct tape. Just put the duct tape over the wart, and leave it on there for a bout 6 days. Then take it off for a day, and repeat the cycle until the wart goes away. It worked for me.

Yes, you must put duct tape on the wart, leave it there for about a week, and on the last day you either use a nail file or emery board and then put chalk on it, to dry it out. then leave the duct tape off for the rest of the day and just keep the cycle going until your wart problem has disappeared, and DON'T USE BANDAGES! they keep your wart moised and it will be harder to get off.
