it depends on witch is the female
A Ditto
Jolteon can't learn Spark on Pokemon FireRed.
No one knows. Because no one saw it
Jolteon* and yes, they would assuming that one is male and the other is female. They would not however give any special moves to the new Pokemon and IIRC the egg would have an Eevee in it.
you cant. You have to live with Jolteon because its very unlikely Bebe would have given you a girl Pokemon so you could get your Jolteon to lay one, unless you do have a girl Jolteon-give it to the daycare lady in Solaceon town and finally it will lay an egg!
it depends on witch is the female
To get your pokemon to lay an egg you have to put 2 pokemon in the daycare. It has a better chance of laying an egg if you put Ditto in the daycare with the pokemon.
Mew can't lay an egg.
in this case you need a ditto ditto will lay an egg with almost anyone. but a male can not lay an egg.
no
2 dittos don't lay eggs but a girl Pokemon and a ditto can have an egg the egg will be the same kind of the mother
No, but Lucario can.
Jolteon does not evolve, but to get a Jolteon you need a thunderstone to evolve an Eevee into Jolteon.
Yes
Depending on what Pokemon it changes
Put two Pokemon in the Daycare. For the Pokemon to lay an egg, the two must be the same species of Pokemon but different genders. If you put a Ditto with another Pokemon, the egg will be the Pre-Evolved or the same form of the other Pokemon.
