Pokémon is so fun because of the adventure you experience..... Have you played the game? Don't you just cherish the memory of carching a...... Mewtwo, for example.... And any other legendary for that matter. You would have to keep restarting to catch that pokemon. When you finaly caught it, it just felt amazing. And each game on average offered about 5 of these. The newer games have a lot more. However, offer more than 5. This is no praise as if you're a die hard poké fan like myself and many others, you'll agree that anything past gen III was just crap. GAME FREAK went from making cool pokémon i.e Charizard, Pikachu and Rayquaza to crappy pokémon that really actually insult the fans. An example of how pokémon really evolved (great pun huh? LOL) was the way they showed their desperation by making crappy new pokémon like Trubbish or klinglang. The new legendaries deteriorated, Kyurem being an exception. People might say Reshiram and Zekrom are good which is partially true but compare them to Groudon and Kyogre. So anyways, if you hear people go on about how great pokémon games are, for the most part their talking about games from emerald down. Oh I forgot to mention, pokemon silver was the greatest pokémon game of all time. With an adventure so big it'd hurt your head!

Here are some of them: Pokemon Fire Red - Leaf Green is almost the same as Fire Red Pokemon Heart Gold (The best so far in my opinion) - SoulSilver is almost the same Pokemon Sapphire - Ruby is almost the same Pokemon Diamond - Pearl is almost the same Plus, in Spring 2011 for America, Pokemon Black & White Versions are coming out that look awesome!
