I know a lot of people say he is like 8'5" but he referred to himself being dead. ("...and since I am dead I can take off my head to recite Shakespearean quotations") So, he must of been alive at one time, and it is unlikely he has achieved super human height while he was alive. Even though he looks quite tall I would say he is more like 6'5", but that's just how tall he looked in the movie. However, shortly after the movie came out there was a product that came out called a "life size cardboard cutout" of Jack Skellington that was 5'10" so it is very possible that's his height.
