Thalia does not like anyone in the Percy Jackson series. Since she had taken the oath of the Hunters she can never marry or fall in love with a male. However, it has been hinted many times throughout the series that she liked Luke until he went bad. It has also been rumored that she and Luke had a romantic relationship while battling monsters together when Luke was fourteen, and Thalia was twelve because they ran into the Hunters and Zoe Nightshade asked Thalia to join the Hunters, but she said no because of Luke. But Thalia has not confirmed that she likes anyone in the Percy Jackson series.
The books do not give us all the names of the Hunters. The known Hunters are: Artemis (the goddess) Zoe Nightshade (deceased) Bianca di Angelo (deceased) Thalia Grace Phoebe
Yes, in the third book, The Titan's Curse, Thalia and Percy were on a train talking about why Thalia had a grudge against the Hunters. Thalia said she would have joined, but the Hunters were all single, and she couldn't give up Luke. She also said that Artemis had told her that Luke would betray her someday. In various other installments in the series, too, hints are dropped about Luke and Thalia as a couple, which is kind of tough for Annabeth because it's no secret that she likes Luke, too. (Secretly though, I'm rooting for Annabeth and Percy!!!)
In the books, they never say anything about THalias family, other than Zeus as her father and that her mom died on a car crash.
As of the fourth Percy Jackson book (Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Book Four: Battle of the Labyrinth), Annabeth has not joined Artemis' Hunters. However, Thalia did. In the book, it says that Annabeth considered joining, but didn't.
The hunters torture Sam and Eric until they agree to join Jack's tribe.
