It is common for a daughter to have the same name as there mother you will also find sons are named after there fathers. It is an easy way of knowing who is who and to whom they are related too. Take eg. the kings of Denmark alternating between Christian and Frederik and have done so through many generation. And it serves geanealogy well in finding family members scattered all over the world due to 1 and 2 world war people having taken up falcs identites in order to survive and start a new life in another country.
