Opinions for Spider-Man:

Spider-Man, because Spider-Man is stronger, faster, and has the ability to sense anything Batman might have up his sleeve. And while Batman has beaten Superman before, all you need to do that is a piece of kryptonite. Spider-Man has no such weakness.

Spider-Man because all of Batman's villains are non-powered criminals. And the one time he goes up against a strong villain (Bane) he gets his back broken. Spider-Man fights people ten times stronger than Bane every day.

Spiderman, because if you look into the most recent comic books, he is able to upgrade his armour to a stealth mode where here can't be heard nor seen. He also obtains the spider-stark armour during the Marvel Civil War when he works for Tony Stark/Iron Man. that armour allowed him to obtain robot tentacles like doctor octopus. He also has other costumes of mass salvation such scarlet spider, 2099, the symbiote (capable of killing), noir (basically batman styled spiderman), and most of all, a freaking spider armour costume like ironman's.

Seriously!? NO competition! In the old 80's fox spiderman cartoon, he goes toe to toe with the beyonder, a being that controls the fabric of the universe and is chosen amongst every possible hero in the universe to save mankind. He fights the alien symbiotes, vampires, super robots, and other monstrosities. If he can take on these creeps, he can take on a body builder in a suit who throws pieces of metal that look like bats and STILL be able to take on the sinister six!

Jobber feats don't count.

Peter Parker has a stone cold fox for a girlfriend and his alter ego Spiderman is "friends with benefits" with the Black Cat, who by the way could kick Catwoman's butt!

Spiderman adapts to his situation, whether it be in battle or preparing for it, plus he does all this while taking photos of himself to sell to the daily bugle.

Obviously batman can adapt a lot better, though.

Spidey would rap Bats up in a web before he'd have the chance to grasp his gadgets. On the side, spidey's tangled with the goblins who are basically Bats on a glider, they both pretty well use the same weaponry.

A real Spider comment: Even if Batman were to try to sneak up on Spiderman, the moment he'd have jumped, Spiderman's spider-sense would have gone off

The last thing to bring up is even if somehow Bats got lucky or something and were able to beat Spidey, Bats wouldn't have the guts to finish him off.

Are you kidding? If he could manage to beat Superman to a pulp, and he has, some little skinny twerp shooting model airplane glue will not even be a warm-up!

Batman would. He has all those awesome gadgets and gizmos that would beat spider man.

Definitely Batman unless he has arachnophobia then he will get his butt handed to him.

Batman has no phobias. he has been trained as an assassin, in unarmed and armed combat, and hand to hand. and even if batman got his butt handed to him (which he wouldn't), he would keep asking for rematches until he finally beat spidey.

Batman's suit is bullet proof and spider-man's is not so batman can just shoot him.

Batman would win because he knows a superhero called-"ROLLED-UP-NEWSPAPER MAN!"

Batman keeps a contingency plan for the destruction of every super hero and villain of his universe, including his own. There's not a second where he is without kryptonite in his belt, poisons, antidotes, and explosives, or presumably a pocket knife for dealing with webs.

Spiderman isn't in the DC universe, so he hasn't planned his yet. Also, most of the stuff he needs is in the cave. He only carries kryptonite in metropolis.

Batman of course! I mean really he's tangled with superheroes before and destroyed all of them! Including bane, superman, and even predator!

These two have never fought in any of the Marvel/DC crossovers. Though it should be noted that Captain America and Batman fought for hours to a near stand still when Spider-Man has beaten Captain America in the comics in much less time.

Considering Spider-Man's power set, keen mind, and his record of beating villains who out class him all the time, Batman wouldn't stand a chance. It's also worth bringing up that almost none of Batman's villains pose any kind of real physical threat. And the ones who do beat him near to death almost all the time. And yet Spider-Man has beaten Firelord, Rhino, Carnage, Venom, and many others who are stronger, fast, and even sometimes smarter.

At the end of the day, one thing matters. Spider-Man has a spider-sense. Anything Batman could throw at him, whether it be a bat-a-rang, gas bomb, or some kind of bat themed power nullifing poisoned dart he just happened to have on him, Spidey would be two steps ahead of it. By the time Batman tries to react to the fact nothing he throws at Spider-Man lands a hit Spidey would land a dozen super powered punches to his head. If a guy like Bane can break Batman's back, a guy like Spider-Man could kill him without breaking a sweat.

Not to mention these two are from different universes so Batman would have no data on him whats-so-ever.

Here are some comparisons of some things I will refer to as "stats"

Intelligence: Batman is only marginally more intelligent than Spiderman (and if they were of the same age, I'd give this to Spiderman)

Training: Batman's training is only moderately superior to Spiderman's training. Spiderman has gone through the same basic self inflicted pain type training as any other super hero has.

(But he has *not* wandered the Earth learning Martial Arts techniques, as Batman has. He's just a strong, fast kid with no real training).

Physical Strength: This alone is enough to make Spiderman win. Spiderman is nearly Superman strength (not quite), but without the weakness to any particular material that Batman isn't also weak to.

(Everyone has an Achilles heel. Batman is considered to be the most dangerous man alive, by Superman himself, because he learns and can use the weaknesses of others. As said below, some plastic squirting kid is not going to be that big of a deal. Spidey can win fights, but Batman can plan a battle. There is a difference.)

Physical Agility: Spiderman's agility is probably only surpassed by the flash... and even that is questionable as the flash is simply very fast and no one can ever actually look.

(I seriously doubt Spidey is more agile than Superman-- and Superman is candy any time Batman wants him to be.)

Special Abilities: The difference is marginal. Spiderman can hop around faster than Batman can, batman can use some things which might hold him through for more than a minute.

(A minute is all Batman would need).

I'm going with Spiderman. Spiderman is simply a league above Batman. yes yes yes, this whole thing about batman's experience, gadgets and martial arts training is like a big meme among batman fanboys... but seriously??? Yes, seriously.

How is this match up not incredibly obvious? Simple, some people mistake Batman not being a mutant, with him being inferior. They forget *he knows he isn't a mutant* and that his strategy will have to involve dealing with the abilities he can't match. "The odds" don't matter. Batman will be prepared. He even managed to kill the immortal Dick Grayson-thing, beside which Spidey would be nothing. How? He *planned the battle* rather than simply reacting to an attack.

If he can beat up Superman, and he has, he can beat up Spider-Man. If he can synthesize Kryptonite (it took years and cost a fortune. Fortunately he had both!), some plastic-squirting kid is not going to be that big a threat. It's not as if Superman is less strong or agile than Spidey. I suspect he could take out Spidey even without half the stuff he carries on him.

Simple Facts:

(also, forget about how the movies portray the characters; look at the comic books).

Batman beat Superman for one reason and one reason only; Kryptonite. Unfortunately for Batman, Spiderman lacks such an obvious weakness. Who are batman's enemies? Batman's foes are ones with no super powers, or ones with obvious weaknesses. Joker, Riddler, 2 face, Penguin, Bane (who broke Batman's Back)... Batman has great abilities and gadgets, but they are nothing that any normal human can't get. Spiderman has physical abilities way beyond the grasp of non-mutated humans; precognition, the strength to bench 10 tons, incredible agility... Batman is great. I love Batman, but batman is a NORMAL HUMAN. Spiderman is a MUTATED HUMAN. I know this is fiction, but let's be a bit more realistic here. The chances are heavily in Spiderman's favor.

Let's all now get our facts right...

Batman is in genius level intelligent, he is more en genius then Albert Einstein and all those other geniuses combine together, and I am not overreacting, if you really know batman you'll know what a genius he is. Spider man is not even

near batman's intelligent level.

Batman is hardcore and he never loses, spider man can jump out behind Batman and try to kill him, but Batman WILL know, and he is too good for spider man, his not stupid, that means he wouldn't fight spider man right away, he would escape. And I doubt spider man can catch up to Batman, it's not all about agility or speed to chase someone, but it also includes intelligent. Batman got his bat mobile, his plane, his boat, and he can control it by a remote from his glove. Batman is the stealthiest heroes ever, he can throw a bunch of smoke bombs and disappear, spider man is not superman, superman can hear heartbeats, but not spider man. There is no way spider man can chase batman, he can't EVEN track batman, batman is the most intelligent and greatest detective IN THE WORLD, he knows how to track that means he know how to not leave a trace.

All you need to know is Batman CAN escape spider man, within a minute or even 30 seconds, I don't think spider man could even found out where batman is and who he is. The only person who know about Batman is the riddler, and the riddler is way way cleverer than spider man.

1. Spider man won't even know where batman is and who he is and where he live.

2. Spider man cannot chase Batman.

3. Instead of Batman being in danger it's spider man pissing his pants in home, he might not even sleep just encase Batman got him in the night time, because Batman can easily track where he is.

4. Batman knows everyone's weaknesses, his prepared for everyone, he probably have 50 plans prepare to deal with every single hero he knows that decide to suprise attack him. As I said earlier he is not stupid, he already saw superman go insane, so he would prepare for the others, like spider man.

5. Batman is unbeatable, he is not invincible like you guys said, but he is impossible to beat which makes him invincible, he faced like the most dangerous situation in his life like superman, wonder woman, joker, bane, killer crock etc... Spiderman face a person with green armor and a person with robotic arms, Batman could easily control the robotics and make them stop moving, what did spider man done? Hell it take weeks for him to win, he didn't even track where they are.

One final point, on Batman Arkham Asylum did you saw him??? 2 hits and someone goes unconscious... BOOM BOOM, that's batman, I doubt spider man can beat bane, killer crock or ivy, not even joker.

Depends on whether batman has prep or not.
