I believe that Draco is not a bad person, he is just trying to live up to his father's standards. Draco did not kill Dumbledore, instead Professor Snape did. I believe that Dumbledore made Snape do the killing to keep Draco from becoming a murderer. Dumbledore saw that Draco was a good kid and he cared for Draco in ways that we might not want to. So my answer to the question is yes, Draco Malfoy is a good guy.

Sirius Black was James Potter's friend and Harry Potter's godfather. He was the only member of the Black family to be placed in a house that wasn't Gryffindor. His parents disowned him when he was sixteen and he went to live with James Potter. He was originally named Lily and James' secret keeper but persuaded them to change to Peter Pettigrew at the last moment as he believed himself to be the obvious choice, however they neglected to tell Albus Dumbledore which is why Sirius was imprisoned after Peter Pettigrew betrayed them. He was also believed to have killed thirteen muggles along with Peter but it was actually Peter who blew up the street and faked his own death.Sirius escaped from Azkaban in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and was the first person who ever managed to do so. Nobody knew how he managed it until Harry learned that he was an unregistered Animagus which allowed him to slip through the bars and swim to shore in the form of a dog. When he escaped it was believed that he was trying to kill Harry Potter but he was attempting to protect him from Peter who he had seen on Ron Weasley's shoulder in a picture. Sirius, aided by Remus Lupin, explains the truth to Harry and forces Peter out of hiding. However they are caught and Harry and Hermione are forced to go back in time to save him from the dementors kiss. When Lord Voldemort rose to power he offered his family house as Headquarters because it was heavily guarded. He became frustrated at never having his name cleared and not being allowed to leave the house. Lord Voldemort used Sirius to lure Harry to the ministry, Sirius along with others than came to help which resulted in his death. He was killed by his cousin, Bellatrix Lestrange, in the Department of Mysteries in 1995. His name was cleared after this. His death marked the end of the Black family as all other descendants were females.

SPOILER ALERT: Harry's mother and father were both killed by Voldemort. Harry however survived the killing curse. Having no other place to go, Dumbledore decided he should live with his aunt. However Aunt Petunia hated her sister, Harry's mother, for being different. Therefore, she hated Harry. There were several people who Harry could've lived with instead, such as Dumbledore himself, or his godfather Sirius Black. Dumbledore thought that Harry should grow up with regular humans to escape the truth and his wizard world as long as possible.
1. Sirius BlackSirius turns out to be Harry's innocent godfather, however before returning to school Harry believes - as does everybody else - that he is a dangerous mass murderer. He also doesn't know before returning to Hogwarts that Sirius is his godfather but he soon discovers this and the belief that Sirius betrayed James and Lily Potter, leading to their death. Harry later gets told the truth by Sirius and Lupin and learns to trust Sirius who is now his only living relative other than the Dursleys.2. Remus LupinLupin ends up being a werewolf. The whomping willow was planted for his own protection, and the tunnel to the Shrieking Shack was also created for him. This was so that, at the full moon when he was a child, he could go down the tunnel to the Shrieking Shack and stay there until he returned to being human. The whomping willow was planted to keep students away from the tunnel.3. Peter Pettigrew/ScabbersPeter Pettigrew turned out to be a rat Animagus, and was living as Scabbers for 12 years with the rest of the world believing that he was dead, an image that he put on to make it look like Sirius was the murderer of the Potters, even though he was the one who sold them to Voldemort, not Sirius. He was friends with James Potter, Sirius Black and Remus Lupin in their school years but was never as close as the other three.
