Ok, what you need to do is enter Wayward Cave, which is the cave beneithe Cycle Road. Once you get inside, map your route with a piece of paper if you don't have a terrific memory. Once at the end of the cave (On your first visit to the end, you will see a pink-haired girl walking around) click on the pink-haired girl. Her name is Mira. Now, you must get back to the start of the cave with her. If you have forgotten, she has lost her way and needs help. She has a helpful Kadabra that doesn't know Teleport.
On your fisrt visit to Wayward Cave, if most of your Pokemon are under level 25, try to raise them up higher. It will be much easier with Mira's help because she restors your Pokemon every time their HP, PP or Stat is changed. Once you leave, have at least two Pokemon over Level 30.
