There is nothing official called Dragonball AF. There is a fan made manga called Dragonball AF by a guy called Toyble, but it's not official or anything. If you want to check it out, just google Toyble AF.
As of 2013, there is no such official transformation of Super Saiyan 5 from the DragonBall franchise or any other anime. Unofficially, there are references of Super Saiyan 5 in the DragonBall AF manga. However, this is just a fan manga aka dôjinshi (fan-made comic) by Toyble Well and not by the series creator, Akira Toriyama.
If you are talking about the anime, it's fake and was never made. If you are talking about the manga, they didn't cancel it. It's just that Toyble has been very busy lately and did not have time to finish the latest chapter yet. Don't worry though, it will probably be finished soon!
There are no official continuations of the series that take place "after" DBGT, in other words there are stories within the DB universe but they don't take place after the events of GT but usually inbetween of Z. If you desperately want a continuation, and a good one at that, of the series you should google for "Dragonball AF Toyble" It's a fanmanga that continues the story after GT and it is good. He called it AF to spoof the internet rumor. It's NOTING OFFICIAL, but it continues the series. Als be sure to check out "Dragonball Multiverse" which picks up after Z and creates a new continuation of Z instead of GT.

You can't; they don't exist.Dragonball AF, the continuation of the Dragonball series, is basically a load of bunk perpetuated by endless rumors and just plain untrue statements. It's not being made, it hasn't been made, and in all likelihood it never will be made. There is, however, a Dragonball AF fan manga being done (based partly on all the silly AF rumors that have been thrown around, amusingly enough), which you can find at this site: http://blog.livedoor.jp/toyble/And the English version here (which I hope nobody minds my posting): http://desirecampbell.com/project/dbaf/It goes a little too fast for my taste, but it's drawn great.
Although most people argue against this, I'm pretty sure that Pan and Bulla can go Super Saiyan; for instance, in Dragon Ball GT, Goku Jr and Vegeta Jr went Super Saiyan and they were mostly human (their Saiyan blood gets diluted with human blood, since it's been 100 years in the future, and the family tree becomes messed up with the humans that marry the Saiyans). I'm pretty sure that Pan and Bulla could go Super Saiyan if they wanted but they don't feel the need. Plus, Pan and Bulla don't train as much as the other Saiyans did, so they never went Super Saiyan. Interestingly enough, if you check out the Toyble manga of Dragon Ball AF (it's on Youtube, and you can go look at it), you'll see that in one of the chapters, both Pan and Bulla become Super Saiyan, being that they trained. Of course, this is fake but it's still pretty cool. Also, that rumor about Chi Chi going Kaioken is fake. That was more intended to be funny than to be taken seriously. I hope I cleared some stuff up for you.
AnswersDragon Ball AF is not real; it is just a fan fiction, as Akira Toriyama did not have any future plans to continue the Dragon Ball series after DBZ.Dragon Ball AF was an April Fool's prank and fanfic. Seeing as it is just an April' Fools thing (hence, AF) no-one felt a need to continue it. However, some fans are trying to bring it to life and make it a manga and/or an anime. There are no official continuations of the series that take place "after" DBGT, in other words there are stories within the DB universe but they don't take place after the events of GT but usually inbetween of Z.If you desperately want a continuation, and a good one at that, of the series you should google for "Dragonball AF Toyble" It's a fanmanga that continues the story after GT and it is damn good.
