Albert von Szent Gyorgy is the German translation of Dr Albert Szentgyorgyi, Hungarian scientist, Nobel Prize winner, who discovered of Vitamin C, free radicals and biological oxidation. With the discovery he basically eliminated scurvy, which took many thousands of lives before. His research expanded to causes and cures of cancer in the 1930-s and on. See also under Albert Szentgyorgyi. (English translation of his name would be Albert of Saint George)
