Aang has no parents, he was raised by monks.

This ^ is wrong. It clearly says on one of the episodes in one of the little info bubbles, that one of the deleted episodes was one of Aang's parents. He has parents, as does everyone, we just don't know them.

It's never said within the series, but my guess is his mother was in one of the Eastern or Western Air Temples (before she died, obviously) - as they were the temples that housed female benders.
I imagine his father was also from the Southern Temple, like Aang, but that's just a guess. Either way, Aang appeared to have little to no contact with either of his parents.
I think that the air nomads must meet up and have some sort of 'mating season' of some description, and I think after children are born they are taken immediately and assigned an elder guardian.
Aang is the reincarnation of all previous avatars, and as such can communicate with them because they are a part of himself. This is usually done through visions or conversing with the previous avatars in the spirit world.
What do you mean seven avatars? there were thousands before aang. in the episode The Southern Air Temple you see the room with all the avatars
nobody knows because it doesnt tell you. you see him in the Avatar State episode which is the first episode in Series 2
See it is presumed that the next avatar is to be a water tribe... But that's after Aang dies. Their children are hybrids which is pretty much air/water meaning that they are like avatars but only master 2 elements after many generations of mixed breeding everyone will have to face the mighty life bender. water bender but only bends the energy of life.
Yes. The Avatar after Aang is Korra.

The known Avatars are Yangchen, Kuruk, Kyoshi, Roku, Aang, and Korra.

Roku - fire Kyoshi - earth Kuruk - water Yangchen - air we dont get told anyone else after that
The arrow tattoos are for airbenders only, not all Avatars. Aang got them because his natural element is air, and they get the tattoo to show everyone he is a master airbender. Roku was a firebender originally, so of course he will not get tattoos.
unknown.
Aang is Korra because they said the avatar spirit passes down.
Of course. He is human. However, his parents are never shown.
No: Zuko's parents are Firelord Ozai and Firelady Ursa; Aang's parents were two unnamed Air Nomads. Although, considering that a past incarnation of Aang (Avatar Roku) was Zuko's great-grandfather on his mother's side, there could be some interesting genetics there.
