Unlikely. The tradition of having a Christmas tree was brought over to England by the German Prince Albert (the husband of Queen Victoria) in the 1800s. So predating Elizabeth I in the 1500s by 300 years.
From 1952, the Queen's Christmas message has been televised in some form. From 1952 (her first message) it was broadcast in addition to radio on TV with sound only. In 1957, the first full television broadcast of the message was made.
Queen Elizabeth II is not. Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother was.
By 2012, she has delivered 61 Queen's speeches. Her first was in 1952. She missed 1959 and 1963 because she was pregnant at those times.

My Guess would be Queen Elizabeth II, but possibly Wilhelmina of the Netherlands as the Philips company was extremely advanced and had an ear-in for the Royal Family in the Netherlands. One of Two Queens./
