This Pokémon holds the Soul Dew, and again, that is the only one in the game. Then again, it may be possible for you to use Thief to steal it, then run from battle, then battle it again, and it will be holding another Soul Dew.

A easier way of getting latios/latias is migrating it to your Pokemon soul silver/ heart gold game. the pal park is in fuchisa city in the kanto . You can migrate latias from Pokemon ruby or emerald and latios from sapphire or emerald ( Pokemon ruby, sapphire,and emerald are gameboy games)
