Shaymin stays on Flower Paradise, which is north of Seabreak Path. To reach it currently, you'll need to have the Walk Through Walls code enabled and walk down the long flowery path. You may also use the Oak's Letter code, which should allow the event to be activated without using Walk Through Walls.

You can legally obtain Shaymin only through a Nintendo event.
you must get the oak´s letter, you can get it by a special event

First make sure that you have your national pokedex gain Oak's letter using regular gameplay or use an action replay, If using an action replay select Pokemon pearl version (UK) and then select event modifier codes, select shaymin (L+R when inside poke mart) and insert your game card (taking out the action replay) when you are back onto your game go to a poke mart and there should be a green man who will give you Oak's letter. For both ways after obtaining Oak's letter go to victory road, there will be a man blocking an exit, talk to him and he will let you pass. You go through a couple of small caves (having to use defog in one) and emerge onto route 224. Go up to a mountain with a white rock on it and Professor Oak will be there, he will ask you to record who you would like to give your thanks to the most, reply accordingly. Then suddenly a whole lot of flowers spring up and shaymin runs out, then running back along a path, follow it to flower paridise and the battle is on, try to use a master ball to catch it.
Either use an Action Replay of follow this:Bring Oaks letter in diamond pearl or platinum and go to route 224 where the stone is.Press a and Oak will come and soon Shaymin comes at level 30.Catch it and trade it to hg/ss.To get the gracidea Bring in Shaymin in front slot to Goldenrod Flower shop.Talk to the people there and they give you the Gracidea to turn shaymin into sky form!
