Where to catch dratini?

here's an ez way to do it

You must not have beaten the saffron gym or that old man right of saffron city

You need a Pokemon that can fly

1. go right of saffron city and go to the spot where the old man doesn't see you

2. go down and quickly click start and go to your Pokemon and use the Pokemon to fly to saffron city

3. go to the saffron gym, go to the place where the place is one above Sabrina

4. fight that channeler (if u want it level 1 dratini, use growl 6 times, otherwise it will be lvl 7[the amount of times u use growl, minus it from 7 and that's the level]

5. get out of the gym

6. go to right of saffron city

7. you will be stopped b4 going and a start menu will pop up

8. click b and you will fight

9. dratini will be there and catch it, etc
