He/she asked were the second fosil is, in the desert underpass.. not the first. I heared it was at the end of the underpass, altough I havent found the underpass yet.. Im still looking for it :)
== == The 1st fossil is in mirage tower in da desert while da 2nd fossil is in da desert underpass which is in da fossil maniac's house in fallabor town.
One is on the desert floor which you can get to once you beat lavaride's gym leader, and got the go goggles from May then go to the top right of the desert, pick one up the other will dissappear, but don't be sad, there is another way that you can get them that you can only do in emerald version, go to the mirage tower, and go all the way to the top, and the other fossil should be there. (you need a Mach bike to get to the top. (the cracks will stop you if you don't have it)
diamond, pearl, platinum= underground ruby and sapphire= in the desert emerald= the tower in the desert red, blue, yellow, firered, leafgreen= in mount moon.
The fossil Pokemon available in Pokemon Emerald include Anorith, revived from the Claw Fossil, and Lileep, revived from the Root Fossil.
the claw fossil is better superkidra- more specifically The Claw fossil is a fossil which contains a Pokemon named Anorith, for you to get Anorith is to take the fossil and give it to a scientist in Devon Corp. (Rustboro City). After some time he will call you and tell you to come for the Pokemon (Anorith).
Cradily is the evolved form of Lilleep, which is from the root fossil. If you got the claw fossil in the desert, you cannot get Cradily unless you trade. For emerald, you can go to the end of the tunnel in the digger's house (1st house west of fallarbor town) after defeating the Champion.
you should go look for the legendaries
In Pokemon Emerald, both the Root and Claw fossils can be obtained. One may be selected at Mirage Tower and the other will be found at the end of the Desert Underpass.
go to the desert underpass in the fossil maniacs house his house is right next to the move tutor
Go to Fallabor Town after you have defeated the Elite Four. Just northwest of that town will be a house were the fossil maniac lives. Go there, and you'll find the Desert Underpass he dug behind/below his house.
You can find it in the desert underpass in the fossil maniacs house or i think its mirage tower.
The Desert Underpass contains the Fossil you did not pick up at the Mirage Tower on Route 111. The Desert Underpass is also the location to find wild Ditto.
there is two fossils in Pokemon emerald one you can get in mirrage tower and 1 you can get after you beat the eliet four go to the fossils maniac and he will sent u to the desert underpass where you can find the other fossile (there will be wild dittos :)
In the desert and in mirage tower.
in Pokemon emerald, by the end of the game, there is this idiot guy called the fossil maniac in his house on route 114 (just west of follobar town) and this idiot has dug a tunnel out the back of his house, into a nearby mountain. when he is finished (at the end of the storyline) there is a big tunnel he has dug, and at the end, there is an entranse to a cave called "desert underpass" which is just CRAWLING with level 41-43 ditto. they are not easy catches though. for Pokemon diamond/pearl, you will have to migrate ditto from emerald.
1. Train it to level 100 In Fallarbor Town, after you get the National Pokedex go to the Fossil Maniac's House he will be done digging in a cave which is called "Desert Underpass" a Ditto can be found inside there it is a very Common Pokemon GOOD LUCK King Pokemon
The Helix Fossil, as well as the Dome Fossil, do not appear in Pokemon Emerald, Ruby, or Sapphire. The only two fossils obtainable in Emerald are the Root and Claw Fossil, which can be found in the desert in Route 111 (for Emerald, they are at the top of the Mirage Tower which appears and disappears frequently in the Desert), and you can only pick one of the two.
get the root fossil in the mirage building in the desert
there are lots of special places in emerald! the battle frontier, artistan cave (smeargle) , sealed chamber, island cave (regice) , desert underpass (ditto and the other fossil you did not collect) , mirage island (wynaut) , desert ruins (regirock) , ancient tomb (registeel) , sky pillar (rayquaza) , marine cave (kyogre) , terra cave (groudon) . Key: the names in brackets are the Pokemon that can befound there.
