After you beat the Pokemon league go to the the fossil manac's house in fallarbor town. he discoveres a new cavern but says that he didnt want to go in because he didnt think there were any fossils in there.
One is on the desert floor which you can get to once you beat lavaride's gym leader, and got the go goggles from May then go to the top right of the desert, pick one up the other will dissappear, but don't be sad, there is another way that you can get them that you can only do in emerald version, go to the mirage tower, and go all the way to the top, and the other fossil should be there. (you need a Mach bike to get to the top. (the cracks will stop you if you don't have it)
