no....ok, I'll take it ur a n00b 2 pkm FRLG versions...so ill give you a more detailed description on how to get there....
1. catch sixty different Pokemon.you can find out if uve got enough by looking at ur pokedex, and u cant just catch sixty of the same Pokemon!
2.beat up the elite four.
3. after the credits roll, go to oak's lab. make sure u have sixty Pokemon! he will give u the national dex.
4. after u have gotten the nationaldex, go to vermilion city and catch the ferry to one island. ill just hope u have the tri ticket....
5. ok, after u have gotten to one island, go straght to the big building called the Pokemon net centre. inside will be this dude called celio which u have met before after u beat the cinnabar gym working in front of this machine. go up to him and he will ask u 2 get the ruby.
6. the ruby is located in a cave on mt ember, just as u get there, walk right until u see a pair of team rockets. get close and u can hear them...now, go and battle them. they arent particulaly strong.
7. after u defeat them, u can enter the cave. have a Pokemon with strength, and then just go thru the cave until u find the ruby. then get out and give it to celio back on island one.
8....now celio will give u the raibow ticket to get the Sapphire
