Normmaly they will randomly appear in dungeons (very rare) or more likely appear in keckleons shop p.s seriously, i have 6 x ray specs in storage thx to keckleon. Just go to macuhita's dojo and go to a random maze, when finsihed go to shop, if they ain't there keep trying, you will get exp and x ray specs eventually.
