during this part of the game go to the goldenrod tunnel and go to where you are supposed to get pictures, talk to the picture man he gives you a T.R. suit keep it on and go into the goldenrod radio tower, the T.R. man in front of the staircase is stupid enough to think youre the new member so he lets you go upstairs.
