Where do you get the fireblast TM in Pokemon emerald?

1. First off, go to Lake Verity (you're going to need surf).
2. When you enter go to the first patch of land that touches the water.
3. Surf, go straight, and you'll start seeing wild grass behind the trees.
4. Get off and go into the grass,
5. Go to the east, and there is TM38 Fire Blast.

In Pokemon Emerald you can buy the TM for Fire Blast in the Lilycove Department Store. The NPC that sells the TM for Fire Blast can be found on the 4th floor and sells it for 5,500 Pokemon Dollars.

you have to use surf by the valley windworks and then get to the fuego ironworks. get though the maze and at the center of it, there is a poke ball that has flame thrower in it.
