There are many different ways, including:

1. From the massage lady in Vielstone City

2. Walk in the park at Hearthome City, and talk to your Pokemon every once in a while when you're in there

You can get Accessory by walking at Amity Square with your "cute" Pokemon for 200 steps and you can get it. Or you can exchange them for berry(ies) in the Pick a Peck of Flower Shop in Floaroma town. You can also obtain by winning a super contest or you can get Big Tree in Eterna Forest, Flag on Route 206, Turtwig, Chimchar and Piplup mask in Jublife TV, Veilstone department store and Pastoria City and crown and tiara by transferring Pokemon from pal park and them talk to the girl on the 2nd floor. (crown trade with firered, and tiara trade with leafgreen).

You either need an Action Replay, or get them through Mystery Gift's. There are some PokeMon that you can get from the game, like Porygon, and Eevee.
