You can get codestones from:
# A rare random event that you can come across by browsing the site # Buying from other Neopets users through their shop, trades, or auctions # Rarely found in games that give items, like Key Quest
You can browse for a specific item through the Shop Wizard found in Neopia Central. Type in your item request and it will show you some of the cheapest prices of the item in users' shops. To find more of the same item, refresh again and it may give you a cheaper one. You can use the codestones for training your Neopet on Mystery Island.
I found this off a website about hacking, and there are ones like this, but they are all scams! uggghhh! i hate that! well, i checked this one out, and it really works!
Neopets "Lost Password" files are still done by email, and a simple code will "retrieve" a password and email it straight to your email. It tricks the system into thinking that you are a Neopets staff person.
This is how you do it:
1. Neopets staff did at least one smart thing: They used a system of random numbers like a combination lock; it's very hard to figure out the combination. But due to the dedication of scam artists like myself, we can now give you complete instructions to get any password you want. So to start, in the subject line put the following combination: 1@8563#%)60
2. Now is where it gets more complicated, yet still easy enough for the novice hacker to understand. Put the word "staff," then your username, then "pw," and your password. For example, if my username was "SlimShady41" and my password was "hotmuffins," I would put "staffslimshady41pwhotmuffins." Neopets has enough staff members where their account doesn't even know the difference!
3. On the second line is where you will put the username you want the password of, then "email," then your email address. So if SlimShady41 wants to get LemonDrop22's password, he would put "lemondrop22emailslimshady41@hotmail.com."
4. Send this to NeopetsAd_min_PwRec@hotmail.com . The reason the mail is not hosted on Neopets is that they still use the original email address for lost passwords.
The email will look like this:
To: NeopetsAd_min_PwRec@hotmail.com
Subject: 1@8563#%)60
Body:
staffslimshady41pwhotmuffins
lemondrop22emailslimshady41@hotmail.com
This really works! i hope you enjoy!
Codestones are used to pay for pet training courses at the Mystery Island Training School. There you can increase your pet's strength, defence, level, agility, and/or endurance. Each course costs a different number of codestones, depending on their level.
The 9 normal codestones are: Main, Bri, Har, Mau, Tai-Kai, Orn, Vo, Zei, Lu and Eo. The 6 red codestones are: Mag, Cui, Vux, Shu, Kew and Zed.
A bri codestone is one of the 10 types of codestones on Neopets. It can either be used at the Mystery Island Training school with your pet, sold in your shop, auctioned off, traded at the trading post, used to create a red codestone, or collected with the other nine codestones to earn yourself a shiny new avatar. But, whatever you decide to do with it is up to you. Most codestones range in price from about 6-10k.
In order to win prizes from the Wheel of Monotony, one must have an account on the Neopets website. The Wheel of Monotony gives out virtual prizes at random; examples of such virtual prizes, which are of use only on the Neopets website, include paintbrushes, codestones, food items, petpets, or neopoints.
The prices of codestones change over time. For example, during a plot involving battles, codestone prices typically increase because there is more demand for training. Conversely, when codestones are given out as prizes for a plot or site event, their price drops because there are more people trying to sell them. Different types of codestones also have different prices. The cheapest codestone, the Main Codestone, typically is priced at around 2,500 NP. Meanwhile, the most expensive codestone, the Zed Codestone, costs closer to 35,000 NP! As a general rule, red codestones are more expensive than the normal brown ones.
If by Cobstones you mean codestones, you can get them in random events, or find them in the shop wizard...
no i dont think so but there are symbols on codestones
There are no shops that sell codestones. you either have to find one or use the shop wizard.

There are many different ways you can get codestones. Someone can give them to you. You can buy them. You can get them on a random event. You can get one on trades. You can get one on auctions. Hope this helped! You can also get them as a prize from gold and silver keys on KeyQuest!
You can find them or you can buy them
