they are: moltres zapdos articuno mewtwo and mew but i think mew glitches ur game. Zapdos is at Power Plant near Pokemon tower, Moltres is at Victory Road, Articuno is at Seafoam island. Mewtwo is at that cave near nugget bridge. and mew is found near the city of the second gym leader after folowing specific instruction. (easily found on YouTube). to catch mew go through the underground tunnel from celadon to lavender and save game. move down one space and pause instantly. use fly and fly to cerulean. go up nugget bridge. go right and stand 2 spaces in front of the young trainer and your game will lock so you have to battle. after the battle fly to lavendar and go into route 8 and the pause menu will pop up. exit out and mew will appear at lvl. 8.
mew is at level 7 not 8.
